The Wave uses fresh locally sourced seafood & produce, as well as select Cuban specialties developed by Costa’s owners, Emilio and Gloria Estefan.
Gloria Estefan and her husband opened Costa d’Este hotel in Vero Beach in 2008 and transformed it into a world-class hotel.
